Everything Is Awesome!
Billund, Denmark is a town that completely revolves around Lego. It is the main employer and a huge tourist draw. Legoland is a little smaller than Calaway Park. It is a typical tourist attraction, but so much more whimsical than most. The effort and scale of the Lego models is awe-inspiring.
Leif and Saga were very excited to find so much that was sized just right for them!

There was a jungle park with full sized safari animals, made entirely out of Lego!
There were dozens of miniature village replicas. Some were of historical villages, some of wonders and monuments, some of modern architecture. Most had some sort of motion, running trains, vehicles and boats, a hot air balloon, and even a working locke system that a boat went through.
The Trolls got to go on some rides, this one was Legoland's Pirate Adventure version of a teacup ride.
